I am new to Ripple. My problem. When I import a new project and try to use ripples, I get the following error on the command line:

I use Ripple via Command Line. When I create a new project on the command line, I can use Ripple, but when I try to import a new project into a new workspace and try to use ripples, I get the above error message. Please suggest what to do .. Please help ....
