Google Play Android.apk Download "Failed to start upap dumping"

Almost a year has passed since the application was last added to the Google Play Developer Console (this is the Cordoba application that I signed and installed according to the click); following the same process that I have successfully used in the past, I get the following error:

Download Error Your APK cannot be analyzed using "aap dump badging". Error output: Failed to start dump icons aapt: ERROR: dump failed because assets could not be loaded

What's going on here?

This was a complete noob error:

Part of the process of preparing the .apk file is to unzip the .apk created by the Cordova build process, then delete the META-INF folder, and then reinstall and rename it back to .apk. The mistake I made was that when reinstalling I fastened the FOLDER folder, instead of fastening the CONTENT of the folder.
Another way of saying that I created the Archive directory is one too high in the way.

I leave the question and send the answer in the hope that it will help someone else.

I found that the main reason is that we use the 7Zip application to package the zip package, the correct solution is to use the ZipAlign tool in the sdk / tools / section to package it.
