Microsoft visual studio 2013 is busy with error

In the past few days, I started getting an error. Every time I press F5 to debug my Windows Phone 8 application on a wp8 device, after five seconds it got stuck and displayed:

Microsoft Visual Studio is busy

And that he is restarting the visual studio.

I already tried to restore it, update repair 3, reinstall the resolver and nothing helped.

What can I do?

you can try below that it works for me when I come across this type of problem: -

Start -> RUN -> iisreset

the problem is that IIS does not restart every time the computer starts. Simpy runs the command (either on the command line or in the Run function) "iisreset"

VS instantly woke up after iisreset in my case. I hope this helps too.
