Rotate the XAxis Label to 90 Degrees

Hi, I am using PDFsharp and MigraDoc to create a bar chart. I was wondering if I can rotate the x-axis labels to 90 degrees so that they look like vertical, not horizontal. Are there any ideas? If not, can someone tell me some other library that I can use for the same purpose?
