Testing applications on iPad does not work: process start failed: NotFound

Question

I tested my first version of the app for ipad. So I retired from it, I started working for the next. Well, I also deleted the organizer data and other links, the provisioning profile is correct, but when I try to launch my new version, it does not start on my iPad, and I see this error (in the header) on Xcode.

In addition, when I go to the list of installed applications, I can see the logo of my application, the memory is busy, but there is no name.

Any suggestion?

I had the same problem. I was able to fix this by shutting down and restarting the iPad.
