Unable to complete installation due to conflicting dependency.

Software being installed: Android Hierarchy Viewer 23.0.2.1259578 (com.android.ide.eclipse.hierarchyviewer.feature.feature.group 23.0.2.1259578)

I also had this, but I did not want to reinstall Eclipse. So I removed the ADT plugins (from Eclipse-> About Eclipse-> Installation Details → Android DDMS (and others) → [Uninstall] ), then restart the eclipse.

After that , install the ADT plugin again .

This worked without any problems.

I also had this, I found that I needed to remove Eclipse, and then get the latest Eclipse and ADT package from http://developer.android.com/sdk/index.html . Then it works without any problems.

For all those who still want to download eclipse using adt, the download link is https://dl.google.com/android/adt/adt-bundle-windows-x86-20140702.zip (this is a 32-bit version)

For 64-bit https://dl.google.com/android/adt/adt-bundle-windows-x86_64-20140702.zip

Google removed these links from their site, as they say that Android Studio is now the official IDE, but these download links work fine
