I downloaded the application about 19 hours ago and it does not have a fixed number (not even 0). The statistics also say: "Unfortunately, there is no data for this metric."

What does “Sorry, no data for this metric” mean in the Android Developer Console?

Does this mean that I have to wait longer for Google to process my application analytics? Or does it mean that I have no installations?

Yes, wait a day or so. I'm not sure about the update intervals, but it will take at least one day to update.
