How to get a general view of a Latex project in Sublime?

As I write Latex more and more about Sublime Text (3), I decided to completely switch to ST from TexnicCenter. However, there is one thing that I missed from TexnicCenter that the ability to show the project in the form of an outline (for example, the name of the chapter / sub-chapter, ...)

For example, writing a long file with one main.tex file, and each chapter being written to a separate file, TXC gives me this view in the outline panel:

Can I achieve such a thing in ST3? (I know about Ctrl + R, but this does not help in this case, when the chapters are written separately.)

LaTeXing also offers SHIFT + Ctrl + R ("Goto Symbol in Project"). Actually, LaTeXing considers all structural markers, such as \chapter{test) , regardless of whether they are \input{} somewhere, so this is not the real logical structure of the document ...

Here's a screenshot:

This is still not only in the command palette, but not in the real sidebar of the logical structure, and there are some confusing duplicates ... but still.

Perhaps people at the end of atomic latex will find this at some point; an atom may be more suitable for such a flexible user interface.
