How to “answer done” in Gerrit when I refer to the comment code commentary of people

When using the Gerrit review, I want to "answer." So I click Finish. But is he in a "design" state? How can I send "Answer done"?

After you have added your comments to the files, you need to either go or do a “Review” or “Add a Comment”. Then you will also post your draft comments.

In the overview of changes there is a button "Reply .." (at the top, to the right of the commit message).
