Stop AWS Cloudwatch INSUFFICIENT_DATA on emails with the transition OK

Question

With Cloudwatch warnings, I want to know about ALARM -> OK, but the transition INSUFFICIENT_DATA -> OK just becomes very annoying.

Is there a way to stop the last notification? I could do this through an email filter, but would rather stop it at the source.
