How to add an InfoWindow object using google static image map?

I want to add text shortcuts to an image that I get from a static Google api image. As a shortcut and info window for all markers that are in a simple google map.

I saw the documentation, it is not clearly documented. Is it possible to display info window in google Static Image API .
