"Enter a username and password for the data source"

Yes, it can be fixed .. you must

• Go to your DataSource properties.
• Select credentials
• Select "Use this username and password"
• Enter the credentials you want to use in the report
• Save the report (or DataSource if it is a shared data source)

The default setting for data sources is to request credentials, so this is the expected behavior if you don't change it.
