Wordpress plugins are active but not tested in admin tool

Good, so I have a big problem. Or at least an indication of a big problem. You see, I went to create a Dev version of a recently launched site. I copied all the files to a new directory, created my apache entries, created a new database for it, and copied this database.

Then I definitely changed the records of www.mysite.com to dev.mysite.com in the database. It all looked good, and I restarted Apache. After encountering some problems with the dev site, I decided to retreat overnight. I went to check the production site and it suddenly fell. So I deleted the SSL entry in default-ssl in Apache and restarted Apache again, and everything was fine.

Then I went into the admin and noticed that on the plugin it highlights active plugins. He gives the exact amount. And the plugins work. But the checkbox next to them is not displayed.

So I thought that maybe I messed up the crash database. So I just blew off db and imported it very quickly from the backup I made before it all started (about 30 minutes ago). And everything looks the same. The site works, but I have problems with the administrator.

Does anyone have any tips? It worries me a little. I had never had a problem creating a dev site before, and never had Wordpress do crazy things like this before.

I will add that it has the latest version of Wordpress and WooCommerce installed. The site seems to be working. But it bothers me very much about other problems.

There is no checkmark next to my active plugins. I think this is normal. You yourself test them to immediately apply bulk actions to several plug-ins (for example, check three plug-ins, and then use the drop-down menu of the bulk action to activate all three at the same time).

Sorry if I misunderstood your problem here.
