What does the "BRI / 2" token mean in the user agent string

I parse the user-agent string

Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 8.0; Windows NT 6.0; Trident/4.0; SLCC1; .NET CLR 2.0.50727; Media Center PC 5.0; .NET CLR 3.5.30729; .NET4.0C; .NET CLR 3.0.30729; BRI/2)

using online services like http://user-agent-string.info/

None of these services recognize the BRI / 2 token

the user says it's BRI Mobile, an add-on that has something to do with online banking.

I searched BRI Mobile and I found that it is an APP for iOS, Android, Windows PHONE ... but now the question arises: if I have, say, a phone with this application and I use a browser (and not a BRI mobile application) to browse the Internet, can my user agent be modified by BRI-Mobile APP?

Also, the BRI / 2 token, the user agent, seems to have nothing to do with the mobile device ....

BRI / 2 is derived from the Bing Toolbar , and it is just available for Internet Explorer.

Bing Bar works with working PCs:

Windows 7 or higher Windows Vista; Windows XP Service Pack (SP) 3

Internet Explorer 7 or higher

and other toolbars that you might want to know will add a line to the browser user agent:

• Alexa Toolbar Alexa
• AskTbS-PV/5.15.12.33066 Set
• BRI/2 Bing
• GTB7.4 Google

The browser framework detects all Browser User Agents with "BRI" as Bing:

modules / browser / detect_toolbars / command.js:
