Bootstrap3: Responsive Content

Question

As you can see in this example:

I have a simple structure with two main areas: navigation and content. If you try to resize the browser, you will see that the content only responds to a certain point. To view the phone, the contents do not respond, and I need to move it by reading it.

Question: how can I make this content fully responsive, regardless of size?

You need to remove min-width:600px; from CSS, and also remove col-md - .., just use col-xs - .. only, so it will fully respond on any device
