Unable to connect my Windows 8.1 to the operating system of the OS remotely

I have recently installed Windows OS OS.

On my PC, I don’t see the Remote Desktop option in the Remote Tab in the system properties window.

Therefore, I cannot connect to the remote computer from another computer using the mstsc command .

I tried the following steps:

  • turn off the fire walls.
  • Selected "Allow remote connection to this computer setting in the system properties window.

Ok, that’s what I do. I turn to the search. I type 'remote' and get a remote desktop connection window. This has not been changed in Windows 8.1. http://www.wikihow.com/Use-Remote-Desktop-on-Windows-8 . check out this link. if this does not work, try checking if Remote Desktop is turned on from Windows Properties
