Programming for Windows Mobile Delphi

So Delphi now supports programming for Windows, MacOS, Android, and iOS. Is there a way to use Delphi (XE5) to write programs for Windows Mobiles?

You can see the Oxygene compiler from RemObjects , they have support for many platforms, including WinRT, iOS and Android, here is a quote from their website:

Now Oxygene 6 supports 3 main target platforms: .NET, WinRT and Mono, Java and Android, and NEW! Cocoa native for Mac and iOS. the same language allows you to navigate all three platforms and produces 100% own output for the corresponding platform.

Oxygene is not a Delphi product, but it has been associated with Rad Studio as Delphi Prism

Delphi XE5 is designed for Windows 32 and 64 bit desktops, 32-bit MacOS, iOS (ARM) and Android (ARM). It does not target every taste of Windows Mobile.

You can use Lazarus. http://www.lazarus.freepascal.org
It supports WinCE.

Google for lazarus wince and you will see a large list of links.
I have no experience with WinCE.

Delphi XE5 is designed for Windows 32bit, Windows 64bit, MacOS 32bit, iOS, Android and Web. It is not intended for Windows Mobile.

You can download lazarus from http://www.lazarus.freepascal.org It supports WinCE.

You can upgrade to Delphi 10.1 Berlin or even wait for Delphi 10.2 Godzilla. Delphi 10.1 Berlin Update 2 includes the development of Windows 10 and, therefore, the ability to convert your Win32 or Win64 application to an AppX file. The AppX file is used to run applications on Windows 10. This includes Desktop, Xbox One, HoloLense, Mobile, Tablet, IoT, etc. Although I believe that Delphi 10.1 Berlin Update 2 converts to AppX, uses Microsoft's Desktop Bridge, and thus your converted application may only work on a Windows 10 and Windows 10 desktop computer.
