JSONP 414 (Request-URI Too Large)

Question

I try to send a huge amount of data (~ 50,000 bytes) to another server using JSONP, but I get 414 (Request-URI Too Large) (JSONP only allows GET). Dividing the data into 2 thousand pieces slows down the entire application, so I'm looking for some other solution.

I tried changing the LimitRequestLine directive in the Apache virtual host, but it seems to have no effect, the same error is still there.

Any other shipping ideas to fix this issue? Maybe some other solution than JSONP ?
