What should I do with setting up a Mezzanine-Cartridge store / product?

Question

I have a few questions about starting a cartridge:

My products do not require publication of ratings or dates. They will never go on sale. Some of the products are available for download, and therefore num_in_stock is irrelevant or, in fact, unlimited. No color options, only size.

If I need to add fields, I understand that I can use the Mezzanine field implementation technique using EXTRA_MODEL_FIELDS (...) , but I need to be able to deactivate or delete them.

I do not see the variables related to these changes in the settings module, and therefore I understand that I will have to configure the "store". Can someone please direct me to some documentation on how to set up the Cartridge / Mezzanine module?

Is the way the Mezzanine document describes how to go "Page / Books / Author"? I understand that for templates and static files we have "collectstatic" and "collecttemplates". What is equivalent for module code? Am I making a copy of the entire cartridge in my workspace and working on it as a module or expanding the .shop cartridge in my applications?

can help you set up the cartridge.

And for other settings:

• U can override cartridge patterns or themes in some of your django modules to focus on this.
• U can enter fields, or u can hide them
• U can intercept payment steps and some other things.
• If you want some more, you can make a mezzanine / cartridge monkey patch.

If you are familiar with django, make sure all steps are easy. I have done all of them before and trust me that it is really easy.
