I am looking for a transfer of ownership of an application that uses push notifications from one account A to account B, when I transfer the package identifier, it is saved, but the semester identifier changes.
I use a city airship to handle all push notifications (works very well)
the packet identifier is preserved upon transmission (com.mydomain.myapp). Seed ("XXYYZZ" before the package identifier changes from one account to another.
It seems that this is not in the bundle identifier on the account data of the city airships - just the bit com.mydomain.myapp.
Push notifications are still functioning normally.
My question (thanks for reading this) is when I need to renew the apns certificate in the city airship - it will need to be updated through the new account profile B, which has a different seed identifier, will lead to a disconnection between the applications of the current user devices and new accounts push apns?
The package identifier without a prefix will be the same, does the seed identifier prefix have anything to do with the apns ssl certificate?
Hope this makes sense.
Thank you very much in advance
