Spring Beans Scheme is no longer available on the Internet?

A visit to http://www.springframework.org/schema/beans/spring-beans-3.1.xsd in my browser gives 403.

A visit to http://www.springframework.org/schema/security/spring-security-3.1.xsd in my browser returns a valid schema ...

So what am I missing? Is this a temporary problem? Or have the beans schemas moved somewhere else?

I had the same problem, it seems like public schemes on the Internet are not available.

I changed the layout of the circuit to use xsd in the classpath, for example.

http://www.springframework.org/schema/beans/spring-beans-3.0.xsd

become:

 classpath:/org/springframework/beans/factory/xml/spring-beans-3.0.xsd

and it fixed him.

See also this question .

You haven't missed anything, although you have the correct URL and they have a (supposedly fixable) problem at their end.

In the long run, however, you should probably configure the application so that it does not depend on the http-url, but rather stores and references the schemes locally.
