Turn off safe sound level notification in android

In my Android Android application, I need to turn up the volume, and when I raise the message, I get a notification like this:

“Increase the volume above a safe level? Listening at high volume for a long time may damage your hearing”

How to disable this feature?

This restriction is baked in the Android OS, so the solution is almost universal. You need to start your device first ... Find the appropriate rooting method that comes with your device and launched it. Then check out the link below. The author says: "It works by simply setting the system parameter config_safe_media_volume_enabled to false at boot time. Since it uses the Xposed framework, it is device and novel independent."

(Some say) you can use Hearing Saver to turn off (as a side effect) annoying warning; see here
