Xcode 5 - Localization of storyboards

I am developing in Xcode 5 and I am trying to localize the application. There are tons of tutorials, but nothing specific about Xcode 5.

When I try to localize the storyboard by clicking the Locate button in File Inspector, I get only two options: basic and English.

I found out that I can add the Localization element along with some languages ​​in the Project Settings> Information section.

But I have two more options for localizing the storyboard.

I solved the problem. After choosing Project in Project Navigator, you should focus on the upper left. By default, the target is selected. You must select your project, and then you can find the "Localization" section on the "Information" tab. Oh dear ..
