How to build and print a scanned Pass for Passbook in iOS7

I cannot figure out how to create an OR Code for a pass that can be scanned with the new QR code scanner in the Ibook7 Passbook.

When I try to scan a QR code with a link to a work pass, the application states that there is no “No passes” for this card. Card, rumble ?!

Any ideas?

To proceed with the installation, the following criteria must be met:

  • Link must be https
  • URL must return a valid .pkpass package
  • Content-Type header should be application/vnd.apple.pkpass

The URL contained in the QR code must return a valid PKPASS file and have the correct MIME type in the HTTP response.
