How to apply XSLT 2.0 to .net conversions?

I understand that the .net XsltCompiledTransformation class only supports XSLT 1.0 transforms, and Microsoft has no plans to even implement XSLT 2.0 support.

I looked at XSLT 2.0 transform software.

The problem is that I need an alternative to the Microsoft XsltCompiledTransformation class, which will apply transformations on the fly in my program.

Is there a solution that does what I want? An open source solution would be great, but a commercial solution could also be acceptable.

Saxon is available for .NET and supports XSLT 2.0. See http://www.saxonica.com/products/products.xml
