Geographic Library for Amazon DynamoDB Node.js

Question

As we know, DynamonDB does not support spatial queries, we cannot search by GPS location, but I found a java solution http://aws.typepad.com/aws/2013/09/new-geo-library-for-dynamodb- .html , my question is:

Is there any solution for Node.js?

According to Amazon:

... we have no short-term plans for porting the Geo Library to other languages.

I doubt that in the foreseeable future there will be a version of node. You are likely to stay with the tomcat server for GEO content only.

A third-party NodeJS port of the official Java library was found in the NPM registry, named dynamodb-geo with useful features.
