Unable to accept iTunes connection agreement update

I circle around trying to create a new application in Apple iTunes Connect. Here are the steps I'm doing:

When I log in to Itunes Connect, I see a screen asking me to β€œview the license agreement for iOS developers.”

I click on the Continue button, and then I am presented with the Manage Your Applications screen.

I click "Add New Application" and it sends me ... renew the agreement again:

So this time I click on Member Center and it goes here:

By clicking on iTunes Connect, I will be back ... yes, updating the agreement again.

How to solve this problem? Where is the secret door to add a new application?

I'm stuck too - this is how it went for me:

After the above steps, I was able to continue what I was trying to do in iTunesConnect, which in my case created new promo codes for my application .

There was the same problem. I tried to clear cookies and cache files on the above recommendations, nothing. Waited 20 m, bingo. It looks like your contract has to go through some kind of review process, whether manual or automatic, taking a little time. I suppose that work with cookies / cache-clearing was just cleared at the right time.

Open the https://itunesconnect.apple.com link from your Not Mobile laptop. He will ask you to accept the Terms and Conditions. While you open the link from your mobile, the "Accept" option will not be visible to you. Therefore, open the link from your laptop and accept the terms and conditions.
