WRN: assembly binding registration disabled

I ran into this error

WRN: Assembly binding registration is disabled. To enable assembly failure logging, set the registry setting to [HKLM \ Software \ Microsoft \ Fusion! EnableLog] (DWORD) value 1.

Note. There is some performance limitation associated with logging assembly binding failures. To disable this feature, delete the registry value [HKLM \ Software \ Microsoft \ Fusion! EnableLog].

And as soon as I got into the fusion folder, I could not find the EnableLog file, can you help me?

You only need to enable assembly binding logging if you want to diagnose a problem with loading assemblies. If you need to do this, the best way to temporarily log in is to use the Fusion Log Viewer, fuslogvw.exe. Instructions on how to use it can be found here.

Updating "Microsoft.Extensions.Logging.Debug 1.1.0" to "Microsoft.Extensions.Logging.Debug 1.1.2" solved this problem for me
