Editable text in android widgets

Question

Hi, I am new to Android programming. I am trying to create a home screen widget with an input text box. I searched around and I found that EditText is not available for the home screen. I also found that TextView can be made editable, but I still don't know how this works. So, I would like to make the TextView editable. How can i do this?

In my opinion, make sure that when they click on the widget, display the action with EditText .
