Lot delay in receiving timeline cards

In my case, Glassware inserts a jpeg image as a timeline map as a response to a User Voice request using the “Take a note” Voice command. I continue to wait 10-15 minutes before I see this time map on glass. Sometimes I see an inserted timeline map on a glass device only after rebooting the Glass device.

How I implemented this: I do Boot-strapping, which also includes inserting my Glassware Contact, which accepts the voice command "Take a Note". Then in Glass I make voice calls using "Take a note", my Glassware accepts this request, sends an OK message to the Mirror Service, and then inserts a new timeline with a jpeg image.

The glass displays a Voice Call, but it cannot accept the inserted timeline map in a consistent manner.
