Student language selection in Racket source code

I am trying to write the source file for DrRacket, which indicates one of the languages. How to develop teaching courses (see rocket documentation ). I know that I can select such a language in the DrRacket menu, but I would like to specify it using the #lang directive and Drracket will automatically recognize the language.
