Eclipse Juno will not be able to open my workspace after updating the plugin

I just updated the plugin in eclipse juno.

Problems with Eclipse workspaces are usually painful. Try navigating to your installation path and find configuration\org.eclipse.equinox.simpleconfigurator\ .

Open bundles.info and then remove the bottom version of the duplicate entry for org.eclipse.core.commands . Then restart the eclipse with the -clean .
