Proxy application cannot request permission to publish without pre-installation

Question

I came across a strange error. The background was that I installed the Facebook application before installing my own application. When I launched the application and asked to log in to Facebook with publish_stream permission, it worked correctly. I was able to post fan pages on Facebook on behalf of users.

But I took a device that already has Facebook installed, and the user is logged in and it gives an error message.

Please, what am I doing wrong?
