Deployment failed for windows phone8 application

I wrote the first application using VS2012, its error message "Error 1 Deployment failed because Windows Phone 8. was not detected. Make sure the phone is connected and turned on." but I did not attach any phones; I just want to run it on an emulator. I can’t select the emulator from the Visual Studio Device option, as it only shows me “Device”. please help me how emulator parameters appear in device settings

After installing the SDK. XDE emulators start tuning themselves by consuming the big ram from your installation. You may have restarted your computer / laptop while configuring XDE.

So, I suggest you Unistall and install the SDK with Update 3 again so that there are no problems. Also note that you are running Windows 8.1 pro or Enterprise / Embedded Industry pro edition.

Try to provide all permission levels to all virtual machine users along this path: C: \ Program Files (x86) \ Microsoft SDK \ Windows Phone \ v8.0 \ Emulation \ Images

Just reboot your device or emulator and successfully deploy

You need to install Hyper-V using Control Panel> Programs and Features. Enable / disable Windows features .

If you installed Hyper-V AFTER Visual Studio 2013, you will need to restore Windows Phone xx emulators in Control Panel> Programs and Features .

Reboot

The emulator should appear in the Visual Studio Run / F5 button.

It takes several minutes to start the emulator on the first try. He seems to hang himself. Wait at least 10 minutes. You can use Hyper-V Manager to connect directly to the emulator and view progress.
