ITunes Connect cannot register new package identifier

When adding an application through iTunes Connect, I cannot register a new package identifier. I ended up in https://developer.apple.com/iphone/my/bundles/index.action that shows error 404. I assume this is a lingering issue caused by Apple not fully fixing its developer's site, but I felt that there might be a chance that it was this problem that arose.

Can someone confirm that the registration function of the new iTunesConnect package identifier is still unavailable? Or, if it is available, how can I access it?

I found a workaround.

The link to create a new package identifier is broken in the dialog for adding a new application to iTunes connect, but adding the identifier can also be obtained through the section of certificates, identifiers and profiles of the developer's site.

You can get it through the Certficates, Identifiers and Profiles section. If you are logged in, this should lead you right there :)

Just to say I have the same problem. Just get 404 when I try to get a new BundleID at ITC. I'm not sure what we should do at the moment.
