Convert PDF to one page, editable html

I am trying to convert a PDF file to one beautiful html page . After that, view it. The solutions that I have do not fit my requirements a bit. Since I need to create separate html pages, say, about 200 pdf files. Because online converters may not be the leading solution. Therefore, I tried the following solutions along with requirements that are not met.

  • insert html5 tag

    + Converts PDF to one html page with nice look and html css.

    - Creates a large folder containing images for thumbnails and an html page for one page in pdf, which may be impossible for a large number of PDF files.

Where can I improve the output.

use Imagemagick to convert PDF to HTML however ghostscript can provide you with improvements in your PDF file.
