Dragging an item in the same gridview with moving

Question

I have a requirement to create a drag and drop function in the same Gridview. When items can be rearranged automatically, dropping them to a specific position. I tried

blahti drag and drop

thQuinn drag drop

mrKlar pagination drag and drop

but not one of them fully satisfies my requirements.

How I want to develop reordering other than drag and drop.

I am open to any suggestions.
