If you want the user interface to be developed using storyboards, the latest version of iOS has an Out Layout option.
Using Autolayout allows you to control the user interface for both modes.

When you add a view controller to the storyboard, it looks like. Call this container view. Add two types to the container view: portrait and landscape. Set the size of the portrait view and landscape view accordingly using the size inspector. Add buttons, more views, shortcuts, or something else to the portrait and landscape views you need for your application. Then, when orientation changes hide one view and show another.
