Mouse Scrolling in Windows Sticky Notes

Question

I like to use Sticky Notes for Windows to keep a handy list of tasks I'm working on, which can sometimes be a little long. It works beautifully, except for scrolling. Is there a way to use the mouse wheel to scroll in Sticky Note instead of clicking and dragging the scroll bar?

I found that if I:

• Select note with mouse
• Press Alt 2 times

RESULT: mouse scroll will be enabled

Pressing the alt key again works, but only temporarily. A free program called WizMouse takes full care of the program.

One (very unsatisfactory) way to scroll with the mouse wheel is to select the “menu” by pressing ALT (or by clicking the “+” in the upper left corner and releasing the mouse elsewhere), LESS. But even then, it scrolls page by page, which is not very common ...
