How to guess the Scala / Akka / Play project?

I have a small project that uses Scala, Akka and Play combined. The way I set it up is the old school way: download everything and the link. I would like to stun all of this instead. Could you recommend me a clear, concrete guide to this? Thanks in advance.

Do not use Maven - use SBT - this is a build tool of your choice.
