Org capture and evil mode - automatically switch to insert mode

Question

I use org-mode capture to create small notes and todos. I also use evil mode.

What I would like to do is automatically switch to insert mode when I go to capture. I tried to add the hook to bypass-capture-mode-hook and run (evil-paste) into the hook, but this does not work. Is there anything else I can try?
