Game tournaments for the Game Center sandbox will not show ratings other than local points

I have been trying to get Game Center leaderboards running on a new iOS project for 3 days.

The leaderboard of the sandbox only displays the user's local rating, and not "all points".

I can successfully post ratings in leader ratings and did this from 4 different accounts, however, only the user's local rating is displayed in the leaderboard.

Also every day, the leaderboards reset and show "no points" for each user account. They have been doing this for the last 3 days.

Think about what the problem might be? I successfully transferred ratings from 4 accounts on the simulator + 2 devices.

partially seems to be a mistake. I myself used the game center only once and did not test it for the day when I had everything that was, or again before the final assembly, so I would not have experience the next day, but apparently you are not alone see in this other link ... since for your local assessment you may need to publish some code or provide additional information for the answer, because you say that everything works, except that it is a little strange, because you either receive information or do not receive information from the game center server, it should not receive local values, if this is not bad code for this line of code at your end.
