How to calculate line height from psd file? (lead + font size)

Question

I have this psd and am trying to convert it to html css.

But I can not calculate the line height in css from psd.

How can I calculate the line height from the top + font size?

If the presenter is not auto: LineHeight = font size + Presenter / 2

If the font size is 14px and the line height in Photoshop is 24px, then divide the "Photoshop line height" by 2 For example:

14 + 24/2 = 26 pixels
