Cannot view all settings in Package / Publish Web project properties in Visual Studio 2012 Update 2

For some reason, I don’t see all the options in the properties of the Package / Publish Web project in VS 2012 Update 2. AFAIK it has just begun. Does anyone come across this?

Please note that I do not see the settings for the web deployment package.

Any thoughts on how I can fix this?

So it turns out that @AlexFilipovici was right in his comments. In Visual Studio 2012 Update 2, they removed these settings from the settings for the Package / Publish Web Project project. They are included only in the publication dialog and are intended to be stored in the publication profile:
