WPF Application Behavior Based on Windows User Access Level

Question

I developed a WPF application (ef, MVVM) and realized that application performance varies depending on the Windows user who is logged in. I tested this on a Windows 7 POSready machine that has 2 users.

For an administrator user, the application works fine. But if I log in as a regular user, performance decreases. I have no idea why this is happening. Does anyone know about this?
