How to make packages installed with CocoaPods available for ALL projects in my workspace?

I am using XCode 4.6.1 . I have several projects in my workspace, but only one of them can include libraries added using CocoaPods . Other projects do not detect them at all.

How do I share my CocoaPods with the entire workspace? Do I need to enable libPods.a depending on the build of all projects? Do I need to add something special to the podfile?

By default, CocoaPods contacts only the first target it finds. You will probably want to see the xcodeproj and swap link_with directives.
