Where are the big icons in the icon bar of the Android action bar?

You can download the Action Bar icon pack from Google at this url:

The kit includes three different icon sizes: xhdpi (64x64), mdpi (32x32) and hdpi (48x48), but no ldpi icons. Shouldn't it be, or am I not understanding something?

When you use the Android Asset studio and create icons for the action bar, it creates all four sizes, and what gives?

As in August, 1 less than 2% of devices with a density of ldpi . I don’t think it makes sense to spend time creating ldpi resources, as the number of these devices will decrease over time.
