No Metro style app template in Visual Studio 2012 RC

I am trying to create a Metro style application in accordance with this guide for a hello word application: http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/windows/apps/hh986965.aspx

But I do not have a Metro-style application template when creating a new project in Visual Studio 2012 RC (Ultimate). I got my version from here: http://www.microsoft.com/visualstudio/11/en-us/downloads#groups

I read that I should be asked to purchase a Dev license on first start, but I was never offered. I also read that I should be able to purchase it through Project> Store otherwise, but the Store item is not on my project menu.

What am I doing wrong? Do I need a different version of Visual Studio?

You only get Metro development bits if VS2012 is installed on Windows 8.
