Adding WSDL Files from a File Directory

I have WSDL files that I need to add to my project as web links. They are located with the .wsdl extensions in my local directory. I never added them like that, so I'm not quite sure how to add them as a web link.

I could not find anything useful. Any ideas?

  • Right-click on the project and select Add Web Link

  • In the dialog box, enter the file type URL: //test.xsdl

Right-click on the project, click "Add Service Link." Add the path to the WSDL file. It will generate code to call the service for you.
