How to Change Company Name in iTunes Connect

When I enter iTunes Connect, the page title tells

[ITunes Connect logo] Torben Gundtofte Bruun, Torben Gundtofte Bruun [Exit button]

Why is my name indicated twice? I think one of the fields should have been my company name, right? How to change this?

The field inside iTunes Connect that you link to usually shows the username and company in the following format:

Joe Bloggs, Example Corp

Since you are a person registered for the developer account, and not as a company, your name is double-filled in the field above.

If you want to change this to the name of the company, you need to contact Apple (the phone is best suited for an immediate response and initiate the launch of the process "Appointment of the developer of the program for iOS") and let them know.

You will receive an email with the above name, in which you can log in and provide relevant information, which will include a facsimile copy of the company registration certificate and (sometimes) company letterhead with additional information that Apple may or may not request.

You should send an email to the Apple developer, asking them to change the name of their company, as well as a registration certificate and a letter stating that you have the authority to act on behalf of the company.
